Scheduling & rights obligation utility for media teams

Media companies operate across more platforms than ever before. Broadcast schedules, FAST channels, OTT distribution, and regional feeds all require different formats, rights checks, and commercial structures.

Our platform provides a single programming and rights management engine that allows networks to build schedules once and deploy them across every distribution channel with full rights compliance and automated commercial formatting.

Schedule once. Distribute everywhere.

Key Features

Centralized Programming Scheduling

Scheduling grids, automation, and channel management from a single environment. Schedule versioning supports advance planning and audit trails.

Integrated Rights Management

Rights windows, territorial restrictions, and licensing tracking in one place. Automated rights validation prevents scheduling outside permitted windows or territories.

Commercial and Ad Break Formatting

Ad pods, sponsorship slots, promo insertion, and FAST ad structure. Commercial compliance is applied consistently across distribution platforms.

Multi-Platform Distribution

One schedule can output to broadcast, cable, FAST channels, and OTT platforms. Platform-specific formatting is handled within the system.

Enterprise Data Control

Optional customer-managed storage: keep sensitive agreements, schedules, and documents in your own S3, Azure Blob, GCS, or SharePoint. Schedule.M holds only references and extracted data.

Tournament & Live Event Scheduling

Event groups and simultaneous slots for sports and live programming. Assign concurrent matches across networks with priority and rights-aware placement.

Inside the platform

The platform your teams work in every day

Intelligent Scheduling

Create, manage, and optimize programming schedules across your media organization from one connected scheduling environment.

Connected Media Operations

Manage channels, networks, and programming properties across complex media environments.

Built for Modern Media Workflows

Coordinate programming details, timing, and distribution requirements through a unified platform.

ScheDUAL AI Copilot

Intelligent assistance for modern broadcast scheduling. Ask in plain language and get answers grounded in your own schedule and rights data — so teams make operational decisions with confidence.

Portfolio & Rights Fulfilment

Properties, agreements, and obligations in one chain — then track delivery against what each contract actually committed to, measured from the schedule itself.

Multi-Event & Tournament Scheduling

Sports and live programming often require multiple concurrent events (e.g. tournament matches, playoff games) that must be assigned across networks and overflow channels.

Schedule.M supports event groups (tournaments or packages like World Cup or Olympics) and simultaneous slots: events that air at the same time are assigned to different networks with priority tiers and rights-aware placement. The ScheDUAL copilot can suggest placements and analyze the concurrent event slate.

  • Event groups and simultaneous time slots
  • Multi-network assignment (broadcast, cable, streaming)
  • Priority tiers and overflow handling
  • Rights tier and territory scope per event

Enterprise Data Control: Your Storage, Our Engine

Schedule.M runs the scheduling, rights, workflow, and AI decision engine—while enterprise clients may optionally keep sensitive source documents in their own storage environment.

  • Platform-managed: Standard and smaller clients; we store files in our secure object storage.
  • Customer-managed: Agreements, schedules, memos, scripts, and legal exhibits stay in your AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage, SharePoint, or on-prem—we store only references, metadata, and extracted intelligence.

The application, scheduling engine, rights engine, AI copilot, permissions, and audit logging all run from our platform. Parsing and indexing work the same whether files live with us or in your environment; only the storage backend changes.

Designed for enterprise procurement and legal review. See the technical design in the product documentation.

VBO — Validation & Certification

Provisioned broadcasters validate and certify workflows in an authenticated VBO workspace inside the platform — using the same identity, roles, and audit trail as everything else.
